Why UofL EM? 

There are many reasons I chose UofL EM, but the main reason is the amount of autonomy that the residents have here. As an AI, I was impressed by how capable even PGY-2s were at running half the department independently with attending support. Everyone I interacted with in the program was incredibly helpful and eager to teach, so I knew that with this unique amount of autonomy I would also get a great support system that would allow me to push myself out of my comfort zone.
