Division exercises include the development of scenarios, master scenario event lists (MSEL's), injects to lead activities, evaluations, after action reports, and overall coordination and management of the exercises.

DPM provides cutting-edge exercises and simulations. Exercise services can range from discussion based tabletops, functional, and full scale exercises as well as multi-day events. All exercises are customized based on the needs of the client. At DPM there are no cookie-cutter exercises.
