Brandeis Law professors shine at national law school conference
Papers written by Brandeis School of Law professors Laura McNeal and Laura Rothstein were selected for inclusion on panels at the recent annual meeting of the Association of American Law Schools.
The selections were a result of a call for papers, a peer-review process.
McNeal’s selected paper was for a Jan. 4, 2018, panel on the topic “Legal Implications of Social and Political Activism in Sports.”
Rothstein's selected paper was for a Jan. 3, 2018, panel on the topic “Could we pass the ADA Today? Disability Rights in an Age of Partisan Polarization.”
