Resident Area Technology Specialist

"RATS" (Resident Area Technology Specialists) provide first-tier technology support for students and staff in the Housing and Residence life Department. Support may include updating software, troubleshooting technology issues such as wifi and cable, performing regular maintenance and check-ups, and inventory and relocation of hardware. Pay for up to ~20 hrs/week.  Skills learned in this position are:
