Service Desk Information
Our service desk is staffed by our Conference Assistants (CAs). Services available through these desks include lockouts, campus maps, and answering questions about our campus. The service desk is open 24 hours a day, and CAs are also on call 24 hours a day.

All mail must be picked up at the Canon Print and Mail Services desk at the Student Activities Center (SAC), Suite 119 W. Standard operating hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, M-F.
Laundry
All of our residence halls feature laundry facilities. The cost for washing per load is $1.50, and the cost for drying per load is $1.50. The Speed Queen app allows you to do the following:
- Pay for your laundry by connecting a payment method
- View occupied machines and the exact time remaining until the end of the cycle
- Add additional time to your drying cycle. You can also insert one-quarter into the coin slot of the dryer.
- Request an email or text alert when your laundry is complete
Maintenance
Maintenance requests can be filed with our CA on-call. Our CAs will submit your request to our maintenance staff. Maintenance staff are available weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and can respond to most requests within two business days.
Keys / Key Cards
Our buildings are locked at all times for our guests' safety. Your key card is required to enter your building and room. If you misplace your key or lock yourself out, desk staff or the CA on call can provide temporary access. A valid form of identification is required.
Additional Charges
- Linens: $30 per set, per person
- Cleaning: varies between buildings. Cleaning fees will be added to your final invoice
- Lockouts:
- $10 between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- $30 between 5:00 pm – 8:00 am
- Lost Key Charges:
- $45 per keycard
- $60 per key fob
- Physical keys (metal) vary per building
Recreation
The Student Recreation Center (SRC) is a 128,000-square-foot fitness center for UofL’s Belknap Campus. This center includes multiple group fitness studios, 6 basketball courts, a gaming area, 14,00 square feet of strength training, an indoor MAC court, a golf simulator, racquetball courts, and more! Memberships are available upon request. Please reach out to conference staff for questions and membership inquiries.
The Ralph Wright Natatorium features an eight-lane, 50-meter competition pool with a depth ranging from 4 feet 6 inches to 18 feet. Movable bulkheads divide the pool into two 25-meter or 25-yard competition-ready areas. Please visit the Natatorium website for more information about reserving and utilizing the Natatorium.
