About Us
The University Integrity and Compliance Office provides an infrastructure that facilitates on-going assurance that the institution is complying with internal and external compliance requirements and UofL policies and procedures as the university moves forward to become a premier, nationally recognized, metropolitan research university. This office serves as a resource and provides guidance to administration, faculty, staff and units (departments, programs, committees).
The mission of the University Integrity and Compliance Office is to support and foster a culture of integrity, compliance, and accountability.

Policies & Procedures
We administer and oversee institutional level policy creation and approval process and promote university’s policy and procedure library.
Compliance Reporting
We administer and promote communication tools, including the compliance hotline, to aid in reporting compliance matters.
Compliance Investigations
We are responsible for the evaluation, investigation and response to compliance reports.
Compliance Awareness and Education
We provide on-going compliance awareness and education, including a compliance awareness module that is included in new hire onboarding.
Review and Advise on Compliance Requirements
We review and advise on new or recently revised compliance requirements.
Risk Assessments
Our office periodically conducts compliance risk assessments.
Manage University Risks
We also provide other tools to help reduce or manage university risks.
