UofL provides you with an easy to use, confidential mechanism to report activities that may involve misconduct or violations of university policy.

Do you have a concern about non-compliance?

Raising compliance concerns is everyone's responsibility and will not jeopardize your employment. Please see the University's Duty to Report and Non-Retaliation policy and related procedures for reporting compliance concerns, including how to report via the Compliance Hotline.

For reporting compliance concerns via the Compliance Hotline, use either of the following two confidential mechanisms:

  1. You may write and submit your own report directly to the third party vendor; or
  2. You may call the Compliance Hotline toll free at 1-877-852-1167 and a trained risk specialist will document your information and generate a written report to the University Integrity and Compliance Office for follow-up.

The Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hotline service is provided by a third-party vendor and is managed by the University Integrity and Compliance Office.

Once the report is processed, it is provided to the University Integrity and Compliance Office to review and respond to in a prompt and confidential manner. Compliance reports may include, but are not limited to:

  • Research
  • Medical
  • Privacy
  • Information Security
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Environmental Health and Safety
  • Financial Transactions
  • Human Resources
  • Athletics
