The Office of University Counsel serves as legal counsel for the University. We advise the Board of Trustees, University Administration, faculty and staff on all legal matters involving or affecting the University.
Our Mission
To serve the University as a strategic partner and legal advisor by collaborating with our campus colleagues to advance the University's mission to educate and serve the public through transformative teaching, innovative research, and engaged partnerships — advancing knowledge and improving quality of life and health across Kentucky’s communities.
