Course Inventory Management (CIM)

UofL has implemented the CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) module for course and program changes.  Questions about the CIM system, including requests for login credentials or training, should be directed to crseleaf@louisville.edu.

Requests to change an existing course or to propose a new course should be submitted through the online CIM Courses System.

Requests to change curricular or admission requirements for an existing program, to add or close a method of delivery, or to propose a new academic program or close an existing academic program should be submitted though the online CIM Programs System.

Requests to propose a new undergraduate minor or a new subject prefix should be submitted through the online CIM Miscellaneous System.

CIM Programs Training Sessions

All curricular changes and catalog page updates for academic programs are required to go through CIM Programs.  CIM Programs training sessions/office hours are offered weekly from mid-November to early February and provide an overview for new users, a refresher for those who have worked in the system before, and an opportunity to ask specific questions about how to do something within the system.  To register for a virtual training session (MS Teams), email  with your session date preference from the list below.
