Course Inventory Management (CIM)

UofL has implemented the CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) module for course and program changes.

Requests to change an existing course or to propose a new course should be submitted through the online CIM Courses system at https://nextcatalog.louisville.edu/courseadmin/.   

Requests to change curricular or admission requirements for an existing program, to add a method of delivery, or to propose a new academic program should be submitted though the online CIM Programs system at https://nextcatalog.louisville.edu/programadmin/.

CIM Programs Training

Beginning in AY 2023-24, all curricular changes and catalog page updates are required to go through CIM Programs.  Training sessions/office hours are scheduled every other week from October through February.  To register for a virtual training session (MS Teams), email .
