WorkdayHR is now live. Visit the Workday website (louisville.edu/workday) and check UofL Today for more information and project updates. 

Workday will be accessible to employees the week of January 9, 2023. The campus community will be notified when Workday is available. Your payslips were direct deposited into bank your accounts, as scheduled, on January 6, 2023. Please contact the WorkdayHR project team at workdayhr@louisville.edu with questions regarding your payslip since you are unable to download at this time.

Active Job Codes with Titles, Pay Grades, Job Families & Minimum Requirements

HR has reviewed and revised the job family structure. As a result of the reviewal process, several job classifications have had job family changes. If you would like to receive the job code report, please send your request to Compensation at comphr@louisville.edu, and we will gladly send you a copy of all the job code classification documents.

Note:  When posting a position, you must look up the job code in PeopleSoft to have the most recent job family information.
