When completing PDF forms, do not fill out the document inside your internet browser. (You will be at risk of losing your work.) Instead, download the PDF form to your computer before completion, and then open the PDF from within Adobe Reader. The best way to be sure you are doing this is to open Adobe Reader and then open the document from inside the program. Check to make sure have the latest version Adobe Reader here. If not, install it now.
