There are three recommended outlets for information that you would like to share to an internal audience:
Monday Memo
Audience: Primarily A&S faculty and staff; also alumni on the Dean’s Advancement Council; and selected staff in Admissions, OCM, the Delphi Center, the Career Center, and President Schatzel. Note: students do not receive the Monday Memo.
Medium: e-newsletter
Frequency: biweekly
The purpose of the Monday Memo is to highlight notable accomplishments, news, and events within the College of Arts & Sciences. Submit your content using this webform:

For an event to appear in the Monday Memo, it must first be submitted to the UofL events calendar at the earliest possible time in your planning process using this webform:

Examples of appropriate content for the Monday Memo:
- Good news about A&S faculty, staff, students, alumni, friends, or programs
- Announcements related to administrative, financial, IT, or HR policies and procedures
- Professional development opportunities
- Information pertinent to instruction, research, or service
- Advancement information, e.g. fundraising successes and alumni relations
- News about publications, grants, awards, and leadership roles.
UofL Today
Audience: University of Louisville faculty and staff
Medium: email
Frequency: daily
UofL Today is a daily email blast managed by UofL's Office of Communications and Marketing. It contains curated content from the public-facing UofL News website that promotes interesting activity and accomplishments within the University. The deadline for including a submission in the next day’s UofL Today email is noon.

Audience: University of Louisville students

Frequency: weekly
This weekly email is managed by the Office of Student Affairs.Submissions must be in before noon on the Thursday immediately preceding publication on Friday. Instructions for submitting to this newsletter can be found on the Student Affairs website.
