Flexible Majors
UofL has several degree options that are more accommodating for adult learners in terms of class times, awarding credit for life/workforce experience, and online availability.
BS in Organizational Leadership and Learning
The most popular major for our Project Graduate students is the BS in Organizational Leadership and Learning (OLL). In the first major course, students evaluate and document their learning from work experiences, existing course credits and associate degrees, technical and specialized training, etc., to receive credit for the specialization.
Students may earn up to 48 credit hours in the specialization component at no cost (the equivalent of 16 courses). They then proceed to the remaining courses in the designated track.with tracks in:
- Leadership, Training and Organizational Development
- Career and Technical Education
- Healthcare Leadership (Flex Option and Term Option)
