Whitney Sweeney-Martin serves as the Director of Faculty Success and Well-being at the University of Louisville, where she leads initiatives to support the holistic development, professional growth and overall well-being of faculty across all disciplines. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in education, counseling and leadership, Whitney brings a unique blend of insight, empathy and strategic thinking to her work.
