Minor in Real Estate

The College of Business offers a minor in Real Estate which is open to all students at the University of Louisville, with the program starting in Spring 2024.
For business majors, enrollment in either a BSBA or BBA College of Business degree program and completion of business program prerequisites with a 2.8 GPA is required for acceptance into the Real Estate minor.
Students who are not enrolled in the College of Business will need to have completed 51 credit hours, with a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher and also completion of program prerequisites with at least a 2.8 GPA.
The minimum total hours for the minor is 24 credit hours.

The following courses also meet the statistics requirements: MATH 109, PSYC 301, SOC 301, ISE 360, MATH 360, PHST 302, POLS 390, BSTA 301, MGMT 201, or equivalent.

FIN 490 is the general Special Topics in Finance course. For this requirement, the Special Topic would be a current Special Real Estate topic, as specified later.
