Acute Conditions

Services include care of minor injuries such as sprains and strains. Illnesses such as respiratory infections, ear aches, and the flu.

Preventative Services

Preventative services such has physicals, women’s annual exams including pap smears. The clinic does not offer immunizations. Patients are encouraged to visit the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health & Wellness for those services.

Chronic Conditions

Management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, hypertension and others.  The nurse practitioner can help you coordinate care with other healthcare providers needed to manage your health.

Pediatric Services

Our family nurse practitioner can provide comprehensive care for your children.
