Ms. Humphrey received her BSN from the University of Louisville in 2007. She has an extensive background in adult health, mostly concentrated in critical care nursing. Her work at Louisville's Level-1 Trauma center led her to become certified in this area and develop a passion for education. She became a clinical instructor in 2015 and obtained a master's degree in nursing education. She has transitioned into a faculty role in the BSN program, where she teaches across multiple adult health courses. At this time, she continues to work at bedside when available, although her main focus is to help cultivate future nurses.
