Dr. Galloway brings a variety of teaching and practice experience to the School of Nursing, including over 20 years of NP experience, 15 years of teaching experience, and 7 years of teaching experience in accelerated programs. Dr. Galloway served as Associate Director for the FNP program at Bellarmine University from 2014-2017. She was involved in the curriculum revision of the program and also designed a week-long intensive clinical FNP immersion program. Dr. Galloway will be teaching in the FNP track, pediatric and community health courses, and supporting the DNP program as the FNP track coordinator. Dr. Galloway received her BSN and MSN from Spalding University. She completed doctoral work at Bellarmine University in 2013.

Dr. Galloway's clinical focus is primary care pediatric health, including well-child care and immunization practice. She has practice experience in developmental/behavioral pediatrics, including developmental delays, school-related disorders, autism, and ADHD. Her doctoral work focused on the development and implementation of a school-based health center and has a passion for the Nurse in Every School initiative. Dr. Galloway is dual certified as a nurse practitioner in both Family and Pediatric Primary Care.
