COVID Vaccination Policy - Robley Rex Veterans Administration Medical Center
The University of Louisville Diagnostic Radiology Residency, Neuroradiology Fellowship, and Independent Interventional Radiology Residency include rotations at the Robley Rex Veterans Administration Medical Center. This hospital requires that all physicians, including residents and fellows, have received the COVID vaccination. Both the first and second doses of Pfiser or Moderna, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are required. A medical or religious exception may be requested
