Sydney Finley, Vice President of UofL's Black and Brown Honors Society, asks just that of Nikki Lanier, Senior Vice President and Regional Executive of the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and Victoria Russell, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Beam Suntory.
