Engaged Scholarship is scholarly work done in full partnership with the community.  It consists of research, teaching, and the application of scholarship for mutual benefits for the institution and community partner. Every 2 years the Office of Community Engagement works with OAPA's Office of Institutional Effectiveness to conduct a random sample of UofL Faculty regarding their participation and experience with engaged scholarship.
