Cardinal Careers

Cardinal Careers is the new platform for hosting career fairs by the University, Business, and Engineering career centers.  All students will have access to career fairs in one system.  It is important that employers register for the correct fair and follow each fair's registration instructions.

Employer Registration Information:

Cardinal Careers Employer Login

  1. Go to cardinalcareers-csm.symplicity.com/employers.
  2. Choose Events tab, then Career Fairs sub-tab.
  3. Find the event in the list and click the title to see details. Please review all the fair options to ensure you register for the correct fair for your recruiting focus. Registrations cannot be moved from one fair to another.
  4. Once you have determined the correct fair, click Register at the top right of the event details.
  5. Complete the fields, click Next at the top or bottom of each page to advance through the registration.
  6. Click Submit to complete registration.

After submitting your registration, there will be a new Your Registration section in the event details where you can see your registration status and view your invoice. If you need to update your registration, click the pencil icon. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Modify.

Student and Alumni Information:

Cardinal Careers Student Login

1. Go to cardinalcareers-csm.symplicity.com/students and login with ULink credentials.
2. Click on Events in top menu.
3. Under Type, select Career Fairs then click Apply.
4. Click on the fair title to review details. If attending, click on the red Attend button on the top right of page.

At the top of the fair details, click Employers to see who is registered for the fair and Jobs to see postings specific for this event. Note that employers attending the fair may not connect postings to their registrations or have positions posted in Cardinal Careers at the time they register. View all postings by clicking Jobs in the top menu of your account, as well as utilize external resources to research employers and opportunities.
