Freshman Deposit
All first-time freshmen are required to pay the $100 enrollment deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your tuition.
To pay your enrollment deposit, log into ULink, click the "Student Services" tab at the top, and choose "Pay My Freshman Enrollment Deposit" in the Undergraduate Admissions section. If you have received an application fee waiver, you can request an enrollment deposit waiver as well.
Orientation
Once you are admitted, you will need to complete our transfer/adult orientation. Registration is $40 ($20 if you received a fee waiver) and will be available 1 business day after you have been admitted at 12PM. On-campus Transfer Orientation Experience Days will be available in July and August.
If you are unable to register or cannot physically attend a Transfer Orientation Experience, please reach out to our Orientation Office at 502-852-7276 or email orient@louisville.edu.
Housing
As an adult first-time freshman, you are exempt from living on campus. However, you do have the option of living in our upper-class housing or on affiliated properties. If you are are interested in upper-class housing on UofL's campus, you need to be admitted before you can complete the housing application, which costs $100 to submit ($50 if you received a fee waiver.)
