Instructors
Chuck Milhollan is the director of program management for Churchill Downs Incorporated and has over 25 years' experience in personnel and project management. He earned his BS in management in 1993 through Southern Illinois University, his MBA from the University of Florida in 2000 and a MS in project management from the University of Wisconsin in 2003. Chuck's certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI); Program Management Professional (PgMP) through the PMI; Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) through the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA); Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality (ASQ); Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) through ASQ; and Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) through ASQ.
