Presentations at the 2023 UofL GSRRC
Caleb King and Anya Shorey both presented their research that the University of Louisville's 2023 Graduate Student Regional Research Conference. Caleb's talk (pictured just below) shared his findings regarding the potential influences of musical training on pitch perception and musical instrument categorization in context. Anya's talk (pictured at bottom) presented a new project examining how musical experience shaped melodic priming in major and minor Western tonalities. The APP Lab had an exceptionally strong showing in both the session's contents and its attendance. Great work, Caleb and Anya!
