Undergraduate request form

Use this form for requests involving Psychology undergraduate course prerequisites or enrollment limits, major requirements, and other exceptions to department policies. All requests will be reviewed by representatives of the Psychology undergraduate committee. Note that the committee does not routinely waive requirements. Students must demonstrate that the exception is necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

Responses to requests are sent via e-mail, typically within 48 hours. Please be patient and do not submit the same request more than once. Repeated requests will not be addressed.

This form can only be used for requests related to Psychology courses (and not courses in other departments).
