Scheduling an Appointment 

If you would like to schedule an appointment at the UofL Psychological Services Center, please call (502) 852-6782 during our regular business hours. We will obtain preliminary information and schedule an initial screening appointment. The purpose of the initial screening appointment is to determine how the PSC can best assist you by either arranging for you to see a therapist or by providing referral information for services offered elsewhere in the community. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. 

Fees for Services

The PSC is one of the most affordable service providers in the Louisville Metro area. Fees are determined using a sliding fee scale, which is based on your annual household income. A fee estimate will be made during your initial phone conversation with the clinic staff representative. Fees are then set at the initial screening appointment upon proof of income. Payments can be made at the time of service with cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard.

Hours of Operation

PSC Clinic Location

Our clinic is located in the University of Louisville Belknap Campus in Davidson Hall Suite 210. PSC clients may park in the North Information Parking Lot prior to 4pm for free. After 4pm, a visitor parking pass must be provided by your therapist to park in the lot.
