This minor can be completed entirely online.
This program offers academic flexibility; all program/major courses required for completion are routinely offered in accelerated format (e.g., during 3-week or 8-week terms). However, some options for the two elective courses may not be available in an accelerated format.
Admission to the minor in Leadership and Talent Development requires a cumulative GPA of 2.25. Students enrolled in the minor will need to earn a C or better for each course to count towards the minor. Students must maintain the 2.25 GPA that is required in the minor.
