The ELEOD department is committed to making an impact through its research, teaching, and community engagement related to effective and ethical leadership, the development of meaningful human capital, and the application of sound research and evaluation methods. Through our engagement with leaders and professionals in education, business, non-profit, and government organization, we make an impact at the local, regional, national, and international level.
The Department of Educational Leadership, Evaluation and Organizational Development offers bachelor, master's and doctoral degrees in Educational Leadership, Evaluation, Higher Education Administration, Human Resources and Organization Development, and Workforce Leadership. The department also has a strong research component in leadership, school reform, and other partnerships with school districts, as well as programs in corporations and community organizations.
