The Rank 1 Elementary Education program is tailored for Kentucky teachers seeking a salary increase through a rank change. Rank I status requires 60 credit hours of approved graduate credit, including a master's degree, and is recognized only in Kentucky. Up to 15 credit hours may be transferred from other accredited institutions. Flexible course delivery options (online or in-person) and endorsement courses embedded in the curriculum make this the most versatile Rank 1 option in areas like art, elementary, health, middle grades, music, physical education, secondary, or special education
