Chinese Studies (Minor)

Explore China’s history, culture, politics and global impact through an interdisciplinary lens. The Chinese Studies minor equips students from any major with the cultural knowledge and analytical skills to thrive in today’s international workforce.

This minor offers a deep dive into Chinese culture, literature, history, religion, art and politics, with the flexibility to tailor courses to your interests. From “Doing Business in China” to “China Through Film,” students gain perspectives that prepare them for careers in global business, government, education and cultural institutions. Prior coursework may count toward requirements with advisor approval.
