Before you cheer on the Cards as they take on Wake Forest, stop by the Cardinal Family Weekend tailgate, starting 3 hours before kickoff.

Passes for Cardinal Family Weekend 2026 are running out! Join us September 25–27, 2026, on UofL's Belknap Campus for a weekend of family fun, campus traditions, and Cardinal pride.
Important: Cardinal Family Weekend takes place the same weekend as the Bourbon & Beyond Music Festival at the Kentucky Fairgrounds. Hotel availability will be limited, so we encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible.
Cardinal Family Weekend Schedule
THURSDAY
8PM | MOVIE WITH SAB 🎬
📍Humanities Quad
Start your weekend with a movie on campus! Our Student Activities Board will be showing Zootopia 2 in the Humanities Quad. Bring the family, get comfortable, and enjoy a relaxing evening with your Cardinal.
FRIDAY
4PM - 5:30PM | CARDINAL PALOOZA + CHECK-IN
📍Outside of the Red Barn
Your Cardinal Family Weekend starts here! Join us at Cardinal Palooza for games, rides, inflatables and more while you check in, pick up your weekend materials, and get the festivities started.
5:30PM - 6:15PM | WELCOME RECEPTION

We’re excited to officially welcome you to campus! Join us for a special reception before heading into the evening’s festivities.
6:30PM-7:30PM | FAMILY BINGO
📍Ballroom
Bring your family and bring your luck! Enjoy a fun night of BINGO featuring great prizes and plenty of opportunities to make memories together.

Spend the day with your Cardinal, soak up the gameday atmosphere, and join us for the Cardinal Family Weekend Tailgate before cheering on the Cards.
Weekend Parking Information
FREE PARKING: The College of Business parking lot will open at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and remain available through midnight on Sunday.
PAID PARKING: Looking for parking closer to the weekend’s festivities? The Floyd Street Parking Garage is available for $25, subject to availability.
PARKING AT STADIUM: There are limited, paid parking spots by the field. Click to explore your options.
Please note that student parking permits are not valid in the garage on football game days, and no permit color will be accepted for football game day parking.
Hotel Information
Cardinal Family Weekend overlaps with the Bourbon & Beyond Music Festival. This scheduling conflict is unfortunately beyond our control. This may affect hotel availability and pricing near campus. We suggest considering accommodations in other areas of Louisville, Southern Indiana, and surrounding communities.
Game Day Information
** Event times on Saturday are TBA. Football game times will be announced 7-10 days prior to the event. We will update event times once we receive the official time from the NCAA and ACC.

** Have an issue or a question about your ticket on game day? You can go to the ticket office near Gate 1 of L&N Stadium. It will be open on Saturday before the game.
** All bags entering the stadium must abide by the L&N Stadium Bag Policy.
