American Association of Colleges of Nursing Executive Director to speak May 3rd
The School of Nursing is hosting a signature event on Monday, May 3, 2010 to honor our colleagues for Nurses' Week. Dr. Polly Bednash, American Association of Colleges of Nursing Executive Director from Washington, DC will speak on "The road for the next generation of nursing."
Please mark your calendar for this free event and reception May 3, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. at the Clinical Translational Research Building on Hancock Street. School of Nursing faculty awards in teaching and research will be presented.
Our role in nursing research and doctoral education is what distinguishes us from our nursing colleagues at Bellarmine University and Spalding University departments of nursing.
Dr. Bednash is also speaking at the Flexner Symposium on Tuesday, May 4th.
