Graduation / Commencement

Commencement is held twice a year, in May and December. Nursing students completing a program in August may participate in December Commencement. Learn more about UofL Commencement.

General Guidelines

All students participating in commencement or convocation programs must file an intent to participate and must order academic apparel. Students with questions regarding participation in commencement contact the University's Commencement Staff at 502-852-6528.

Degree Applications

Students must submit an online application for degree by the published deadline. To submit an online application, go to ULink. After you log on, go to Student Services, click on "Registration/Student Services," then "Degree Application."
