Prof. Laura Rothstein publishes in New England Journal of Medicine

Brandeis School of Law Professor Laura Rothstein has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Her article, "Preserving Access for People with Disabilities," came out  in the May 31, 2018 issue.

"It is a response to a February House of Representatives vote to amend the Americans with Disabilities Act to limit remedies for architectural barrier claims, and my focus is on why that is a relevant issue for health care providers," Rothstein says. 

Rothstein, a Distinguished University Scholar, is an expert on disability discrimination.
