Brandeis School of Law Professor Grace Giesel delivered two CLE presentations, Recent Developments in Professional Responsibility, for the Louisville Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Jefferson County.
The LBA presentation, held May 8, 2018, was for about 80 lawyers. The WLA presentation, held May 10, 2018, was for about 50 lawyers.
Giesel, Bernard Flexner Professor and Distinguished Teaching Professor, is the author of Mastering Professional Responsibility, a treatise dealing with legal ethics.
