Physical Plant

About Us

Physical Plant is responsible for over 10.5 million square feet comprising over 130 University owned buildings along with 660 acres of land. Physical Plant also operates and maintains a central steam and chilled water plant on our Belknap campus and a 13,800-volt distribution system at our Health Sciences Center and Belknap Campuses.

Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

Physical Plant provides 24 hour support 7 days a week.  In the event of an emergency outside normal work hours please contact the University Police at 502-852-6111.
