Ariana Levinson

Professor Ariana Levinson's book chapter about employers' social media policies has made a Social Science Research Network's "All Time Top Papers" list.

The chapter, "Labor Law Issues: Employer Social Media Policies; Disciplining Employees for Social Media Postings," has been downloaded 87 times since it was posted on the site in August 2015, earning it the No. 10 spot on SSRN's Labor & Employment Rights list.

The chapter "argues that in large part the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or Board) has correctly applied the age-old concept of protected concerted activity to new technological meeting places," according to the abstract.
