Prof. Levinson's upcoming article named to several Top 10 download lists

A new article by Professor Ariana Levinson has been named to seven of SSRN's Top Ten download lists as of Sept. 28.
"Federal Preemption of Local Right-to-Work Ordinances," which will be published in an upcoming issue of the Harvard Journal on Legislation, argues that the right-to-work ordinances being enacted by counties and cities are preempted by by a federal statute, the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
Levinson wrote the article, now in abstract form, with 3L students Travis Fiechter and Alyssa Hare. It has been downloaded 16 times in the six days it has been posted.
