Prof. Levinson to discuss future of labor unions in Kentucky

Professor Ariana Levinson, nationally acclaimed and internationally recognized labor and employment law scholar, will discuss the future of labor unions in Kentucky at an event hosted by the Louisville Bar Association.
The Dec. 12 event will also include Devon N.R. Oser, associate at Kircher Suetholz & Associates PSC and David O’Brien Suetholz, former general counsel of the Kentucky Labor Cabinet and managing partner at Kircher Suetholz & Associates PSC.
The informal talk will include a primer on right-to-work litigation, analysis of Kentucky’s current political climate and a chance for attendees to ask questions about the labor movement.
