Congratulations to our very own Dr. Benjamin Mast!

Congratulations to our very own Dr. Benjamin Mast! Dr. Mast has received a grant from Masonic Communities Kentucky to enhance care for residents living in memory care facilities by applying three person-centered approaches to dementia care, including life review, care preferences interviews, and social connection. 

Dr. Mast runs the UofL Aging and Neuropsychology Lab and is the author of several books on dementia and Alzheimer's disease. In January of 2019, Dr. Mast will become chair of the department.
