Interdisciplinary Computational Sciences (Minor)

Equips students with computational and analytical skills across physics, chemistry and materials science, preparing them for careers or further study in research, engineering or data-driven sciences.

Develops expertise in scientific computing, numerical methods and computational modeling. Students complete 18 credit hours, including a core scientific programming course, three computational electives and two supporting courses in math or physics. The program emphasizes practical, interdisciplinary applications, fostering skills for research, technology and advanced studies in computational science.
