Offers flexibility for students to deepen their understanding of human culture and thought. Students complete courses in Humanities or Linguistics, including upper-level classes, to complement their major. This minor strengthens analytical, writing and creative skills, making graduates more competitive for careers in education, media, research, public service and beyond.

The Minor in Humanities is a flexible way to enhance a Major in another Humanities Discipline by giving students the opportunity to explore topics related to their Major using global, historical, and interdisciplinary perspectives.
