How To Activate Your Code

Employees and enrolled students should automatically receive an email containing a Token Transit code from orders@mail.tokentransit.com. Click "Redeem Now" to obtain your code.

Download the App

Download the Token Transit App and make an account. You can insert your code by clicking on the person icon located at the top right corner of the screen and then clicking "Redeem Code."

Redeem your Pass

Once redeemed, a University of Louisville pass should populate in your "Stored Passes" section. That pass can be activated by clicking the yellow "Start My Trip" button.
