Spaces at UofL are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We can help to arrange parking for you and your visitors.

Event Parking & Requests

To book an event, please contact Parking & Transportation Services at least two weeks in advance of the event. Your event parking request will be confirmed by phone or e-mail within two business days of submittal. Confirmation will include a cost estimate and parking availability. In some cases, a member of UofL Parking & Transportation staff will be needed to assist in parking or managing your event.

Cashless Event Parking – Effective July 1

Starting July 1, all UofL event parking lots will be cashless.
To improve safety, access, and convenience for campus visitors, cash payments will no longer be accepted at event parking locations.
