Last week, Dawn Balcom, Nurse Practitioner at the University of Louisville Vaccine and Travel Clinic, participated as a vaccination expert on the WFPL talk show In Conversation with Rick Howlett. The episode focused on the rise in cases of certain diseases in Kentucky, as a result of a vaccine declination increase in parts of the state.
