I am requesting consideration for Additional Unsubsidized Loan for the following academic period of enrollment: *For FALL 2023/Spring 2024 requests: If you are requesting this loan for 2023-2024 academic year, your parent must have submitted a PLUS Loan Request for the 2023-2024 award year. Your request for additional unsubsidized loan funds will be reviewed once your eligibility for other federal financial aid has been evaluated for the 2023-2024 academic year. **For SUMMER 2024 requests: To apply for summer 2024, your summer registration must be finalized. By submitting this request, you are confirming your summer registration is complete. In addition, your parent must have submitted a PLUS Loan Request at StudentAid.gov for the 2023-2024 award year with a loan period of 05/2024-08/2024. Your request for additional unsubsidized loan funds will be reviewed once your eligibility for other federal financial aid has been evaluated for the summer term. ***For FALL 2024/Spring 2025 requests: If you are requesting this loan for 2024-2025 academic year, your parent must have submitted a PLUS Loan Request for the 2024-2025 award year. Your request for additional unsubsidized loan funds will be reviewed once your eligibility for other federal financial aid has been evaluated for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please familiarize yourself with UofL’ s summer application procedures and other important information at louisville.edu/financial-aid/summer-financial-aid. To allow adequate processing time, this request should be submitted at least 10 days prior to the end of loan period being requested. Additional unsubsidized funds cannot be processed for an academic period of enrollment if it is past the end of the loan period.
