Cost of Attendance

Components of the estimated cost of college attendance include tuition and fees, living and personal expenses, textbooks and materials, and other possible expenses. Depending on whether or not you live on campus and other factors, the cost of attendance varies and is just an estimation. The Office of the Bursar manages and delivers your tuition bill each semester you are enrolled.

The 2024-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available.

The FAFSA the key to determining whether you are eligible for federal and state financial aid such as grants, work-study, and loans. Students must complete a FAFSA for each academic year that they wish to receive financial aid.

 The Department of Education announced that the 2025-2026 FAFSA will be available by or before December 1, 2024. Monitor https://studentaid.gov/ for updates. The UofL Student Financial Aid Office will attempt to notify students as soon as possible once the 2025-2026 FAFSA is available.
