Zachary Goldman

Biography

Dr. Zachary “Zac” Goldman is a faculty member and academic leader in the University of Louisville College of Business. He serves as Chair of the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship and as Director of Online Teaching & Learning, where he helps shape innovative, student-centered online education. Dr. Goldman also serves as founding Program Director of the Online MBA since 2020. His research and teaching interests focus on leadership, communication, and the responsible integration of AI and analytics in organizations and business education. Known for applied, engaging learning experiences, he works to connect research and practice while strengthening professional outcomes for all learners.
